Jake's background spans high-volume nightlife, lounge operations, entertainment-driven venues, and hospitality environments where execution, pace, leadership, and guest experience directly impact performance.
As COO, Jake focuses on the operational side of hospitality — building systems, developing teams, improving service flow, strengthening VIP hospitality, supporting programming execution, and creating the standards needed for consistent late-night performance.
His approach is hands-on, detail-driven, and rooted in the belief that successful nightlife is built through disciplined operations, strong team culture, polished guest experience, and the ability to control the energy of a room from open to close.
